Tea-time

This is probably what a lifetime supply of tea looks like. Unless, you've disowned water completely and gulp down tea all day, in which case - this would last a couple of months. Giant cartons with refined tea powder sit ready for packaging at the Glenloch Tea factory in Katukithula, SL. We stopped here on our way to Nuwara Eliya from Kandy (this actually walls within the Nuwara district). The brand has been around for over a century, and is said to have played an active role in making Ceylon Tea one of the best in the world (no kidding, SL is among the biggest producers of tea). We've almost completely made the switch to Srilankan Tea. Some Srilankan brands have very interesting packaging as well. Good stuff inside and out!
